DL Perfect Choice currently delivers orders exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed after 5 PM, on weekends, or during public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

We work with trusted delivery partners such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The selected carrier depends on factors like package size, destination, and shipping speed.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier operations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Eligible orders may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Continental United States: 3–7 business days (standard shipping)
- Expedited Shipping: Faster options such as 2-day or overnight delivery may be available at checkout
While we aim to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect address details.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number along with photos in case of damage
We will coordinate with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
