Return Eligibility
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Unused and not worn
- Returned in original packaging
- In the same condition as received, including all tags and labels
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale products
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Hygiene and personal care products (e.g., select beauty items)
- Opened or used consumable goods
How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at info@dlperfectchoice-llc.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back as instructed (we recommend keeping proof of shipment)
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item)
- Approved refunds will exclude initial shipping costs unless stated otherwise
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dlperfectchoice-llc.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees
